Terms and Conditions

EWF offers the service of enquiring about the balance and submitting basic details for loan applications. All these services are based on the General Agreement and on the Terms and Conditions relevant to each agreement of Special Services. Both parties have agreed with their full legal competence to conclude this agreement according to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The user of EWF Online Services is a client who has a Loan Account at EWF and has accepted the Terms and Conditions mentioned in this agreement to access EWF Services through Internet.
2. EWF undertakes to execute all instructions and operations of the service the client subscribes to and that it would be sent or received by the client electronically provided these instructions and operations are in conformity with the systems, regulations, rules and business practice as determined by the EWF and according to its special evaluation
3. The client confirms his full responsibility for using this service as well as taking full responsibility for his or his representative's actions about using the services and performs the operations as if they were done by the client himself. He must also take full responsibility for using the Username and Password and exercising precaution to keep the Password unknown to anyone or any employee from EWF or any other party as well as take responsibility about giving the account numbers which are recorded down by him in order to subscribe to this service.
4. The client confirms that EWF and its employees are not responsible for any loss or damage or financial claims or otherwise as a result of using his Password. The client must also commit himself according to the content of the article below to notify EWF immediately using an authenticated letter if he knew that the Password has become known to others so that EWF can take the necessary action and the client takes responsibility for all the transactions and operations resulting from this service until the pass of 24 hours from when EWF received the client's written letter. And the purpose from that is to give EWF time to take the necessary actions to stop the service.
5. EWF doesn't make any undertakings or commitments regarding the quality, speed, performance or any other factor and doesn't guarantee that the program is free from mistakes or errors. But EWF undertakes to fix these adverse effects which affect the transactions of the client due to the mistakes or errors. And the client confirms that EWF is not responsible for any losses or damage that occurs to him unless he shows no excess or negligence.
6. The client confirms and declares that his mobile number is correct, it's his number and currently uses it and has the mobile phone at all times. The client takes full responsibility for keeping the mentioned mobile number and must change the number immediately in case he changes, loses or damages the mentioned number. The client must confirm that EWF is not responsible for any losses that might arise from a person other than the client using the number or from entering with an account's number other than the client's number.
7. Documents and statements executed through this service and which are submitted by EWF shall be a reference for both parties. The client shall contact EWF should there be any malfunction or mistake to ensure correct and accurate entries, data and information. All entries of documents and information shall be irrevocably deemed correct, if the client makes no written objection within (15) days of from the date of notification of information, documents or entries, or making it available through net or otherwise.
8. EWF undertakes to execute transactions which are conducted through electronic services after entering in a correct way the user name and password and the temporary password of transaction. No responsibility is borne by EWF in case a correct entry has been made to the account by a person other than the account's owner due to negligence to keep the user name and password. The client must realize how dangerous it is to share his confidential information with another person.
